Privacy policy

We collect as little as possible, and nothing behind your back. This page explains what happens with your data when you use natireva.se.

Who is responsible

Natireva AB, Svetsarvägen 15, 171 41 Solna, Sweden, is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. Questions about privacy are welcome at info@natireva.se.

What we collect, and why

Contact form. When you write to us we receive your name, email address and message, and we use them for one thing: answering you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your request. We keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation needs, then delete it.

Newsletter. When you sign up we store your email address in order to send you the newsletter you asked for. The legal basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time — every mailing includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can simply email us. We keep your address until you unsubscribe.

We do not use your details for anything else. We do not build profiles, we do not run advertising, and we never sell or share personal data for marketing.

The services we use

A few carefully chosen services help us run this site, and some of them process technical data on our behalf:

  • Web3Forms delivers form submissions from the website to our mailbox. Your submission passes through their service solely for delivery.
  • Cloudflare hosts and serves the website, and processes IP addresses as part of delivering and securing it.
  • Plausible Analytics gives us aggregated visitor statistics — pages viewed, referrer, country, device type. It uses no cookies, stores no IP addresses and builds no individual profiles.
  • Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers and Google receives your IP address in that request.

Cookies

We set no tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics works without cookies, which is why you see no cookie banner here.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to our processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Write to info@natireva.se and we will help.

If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, imy.se).

Changes

If the site changes in a way that affects your data, this page changes with it.
